🔥 Key Responsibilities

📁 Data Management & Organization
➔ Maintain and update accurate records of potential client data.
➔ Categorize leads based on industry, scale, and service interest.
➔ Ensure data hygiene and consistency across platforms (spreadsheets, CRM tools, etc.).

🔍 Opportunity Identification
➔ Analyze client data to identify integration opportunities across AI, Web 3.0, ERP, and other Helioustin services.
➔ Highlight trends and patterns to support internal strategic outreach.
➔ Work with Research and Business Development teams to align insights.

📊 Reporting & Coordination
➔ Create simple yet powerful dashboards and reports for the internal team.
➔ Support the operations team by supplying data for proposal customizations.
➔ Help visualize key metrics and KPIs to enhance client onboarding strategy.

🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration
➔ Share clean datasets with Consultants, Researchers, and Sales Managers.
➔ Offer data-driven suggestions for potential client follow-ups and re-engagement.
➔ Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions with your findings.

✅ Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
📊 1+ years of experience in data handling, client management systems, or CRM databases.
💻 Skilled in Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI/Tableau (preferred), and data tools.
✍️ Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and report-writing skills.
