Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Equity Research Intern to support our leadership team in identifying companies struggling with operations and exploring opportunities for strategic partnerships. This role offers hands-on exposure to equity-based growth models, investment research, and business expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify companies facing operational or scaling challenges.
- Evaluate businesses for potential partnerships in exchange for Equity or Long-Term Budget commitments.
- Conduct industry and market analysis to identify investment opportunities.
- Assist in preparing financial summaries, research reports, and investment briefs.
- Build and maintain a database of potential partner companies and stakeholders.
- Support leadership in partnership discussions through data, insights, and documentation.
- Stay updated on private equity, investment banking, and consulting industry trends.
Requirements
- Strong interest in investment research, corporate finance, or consulting.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare clear and structured reports/presentations.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- Basic knowledge of financial models/valuation is a plus (not mandatory).

🎓 Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Strategy, or related fields (MBA/PGDM is a plus)
✅ Prior experience in B2B partnerships, consulting, or client management preferred
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills (spoken & written)
✅ Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset
✅ Comfortable managing global clients and time zone flexibility
✅ Proficient in using productivity tools like Google Workspace, CRM, Zoom, etc.
✅ Self-driven, accountable, and outcome-focused
✅ Prior startup, agency, or consulting background is an added advantage
