Job Overview
As a Sales Manager at Helioustin, you will lead client acquisition efforts, create customized outreach strategies, and build strong relationships to support revenue growth. You will work in sync with the operations, research, and consulting teams to design persuasive sales approaches backed by data, research, and technology. This role is perfect for a self-driven professional with a passion for building strategic client connections.
Key Responsibilities
💼 Client Acquisition & Sales Outreach
Develop and implement strategic plans for B2B client acquisition
Reach out to leads identified through research, events, databases, or inbound interest
Build rapport with clients, understanding their needs and introducing tailored solutions
📈 Sales Strategy & Conversion
Design pitch decks and proposals in collaboration with the design and research teams
Handle negotiation and closing deals with professionalism and insight
Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and follow-ups
🔍 Client Profiling & Custom Engagement
Analyze client profiles to personalize communication
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and preferences
Conduct pre-sales research in sync with research analysts
📊 Reporting & Pipeline Management
Maintain and track lead conversion data and weekly performance reports
Provide sales forecasts, reports, and insights for C-level reviews
Suggest improvements to enhance lead generation and client conversion rates
🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration
Collaborate with the consulting and product teams to understand solution feasibility
Work alongside marketing for campaign optimization and outreach coordination
Deliver feedback from prospects to improve service offerings
📚 Continuous Learning
Keep updated on industry trends, client challenges, and sales tools
Upgrade sales tactics aligned with emerging tech solutions like AI and Web 3.0
Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, client outreach, or business development
✅ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Confident presenter with a consultative selling style
Preferred Skills
✔ Experience in selling IT services, consulting, or SaaS/B2B platforms
✔ Understanding of ERP, Predictive Analytics, Web 3.0, and CRM solutions
✔ Experience working with Real Estate, Healthcare, Retail, or Finance clients
✔ Familiarity with remote client acquisition strategies and online networking tools
