Job Overview
As a Research Analyst at Helioustin, you will be a crucial member of the Operations team. You will help identify new client opportunities, analyze industry and procurement trends, research client behavior patterns, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to drive growth. Your insights will directly support Helioustin’s market engagement and conversion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
🔍 Market & Industry Research
Conduct in-depth research on markets, competitors, and industries
Analyze procurement strategies, client behavior, and decision-making patterns
👥 Client Research & Behavioral Analysis
Understand client patterns, needs, and decision-making triggers
Segment clients based on business type, industry needs, and strategic value
Research and document the procurement cycle and preferences of key client categories
🎯 Client Identification & Coordination
Identify potential clients using tools, databases, and advanced filters
Schedule and facilitate meetings between potential clients and internal teams
Prepare detailed client profiles, briefing documents, and follow-up notes
📊 Data Analysis & Strategic Reporting
Analyze data to extract actionable insights for business development
Create custom reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making
🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with sales, consulting, and marketing teams to align research with outreach
Share research findings across departments to enable targeted execution
Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and research repositories
📚 Continuous Learning
Stay updated on procurement practices, industry shifts, and emerging technologies
Continuously improve research strategies and adapt to market intelligence trends
Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in market research, procurement research, or lead generation
✅ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
✅ Strong communication (written & verbal) and analytical skills
✅ Well-organized with multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills
✔ Experience in procurement research, sales research, or market mapping
✔ Understanding of Web 3.0, Predictive Analytics, and AI-based solutions
✔ Familiarity with Real Estate, Healthcare, Finance, Retail, or E-commerce sectors
✔ CRM and database handling experience is a plus
