Job Overview

As the Chief Management Officer (CMO) at Helioustin, you will be at the forefront of structuring internal systems, streamlining operational execution, and fostering a performance-driven culture across all departments. You will manage cross-functional coordination, ensure team efficiency, and translate strategic objectives into executable plans. Your mission will be to uphold operational excellence and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of Helioustin's multi-domain services.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Internal Process Optimization – Design, implement, and monitor operational workflows for better scalability, transparency, and efficiency.

✔ Team Coordination & Resource Allocation – Ensure effective collaboration across departments, optimize resource deployment, and handle workforce productivity.

✔ Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate with business, technical, legal, and financial teams to ensure aligned execution of goals and timely project delivery.

✔ Performance Monitoring – Develop and track KPIs, conduct regular evaluations, and recommend improvements for team and individual performance.

✔ Operational Strategy Execution – Convert C-level strategic directions into executable operational roadmaps and measurable deliverables.

✔ SOP Development & Compliance – Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to govern daily operations and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.

✔ Crisis & Conflict Management – Handle internal escalations, identify risks proactively, and drive resolution through leadership and mediation.

✔ Equity-Driven Leadership Culture – Champion ownership, accountability, and team empowerment as part of Helioustin’s equity-sharing model.

Qualifications

✅ Master’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field.
✅ 2+ years of experience in operational or project management roles, preferably in tech, consulting, or outsourcing domains.
✅ Proven track record in managing diverse remote teams and aligning internal processes with business goals.
✅ Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.) and productivity suites.
✅ Strong decision-making and conflict resolution capabilities.

Preferred Skills

✔ Experience managing operations in tech or outsourcing-driven firms.
✔ Familiarity with Helioustin’s domains (AI, Web3, ERP/CRM, etc.).
✔ Ability to manage team KPIs, compliance documentation, and delivery timelines.
✔ Strong communication and reporting abilities.
✔ Experience with equity-based growth models or startup ecosystems.
