Job Overview:
Helioustin is seeking an experienced and strategic Capital Manager to oversee our financial capital resources and investment activities. The Capital Manager will be responsible for managing capital requirements, budgeting, investment analysis, and ensuring the company's financial stability and growth. This role requires a strong understanding of capital management, financial forecasting, risk management, and investment strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Capital Planning & Management:
Develop and implement capital management strategies aligned with company objectives to ensure optimal allocation of financial resources.
Budgeting & Financial Forecasting:
Lead the budgeting process and create financial forecasts to ensure accurate allocation of capital and maintain liquidity for business operations.
Investment Analysis:
Conduct detailed analysis of investment opportunities, evaluating risks and returns, and present recommendations to senior management.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure that financial obligations are met and capital is available for strategic initiatives.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate financial risks related to capital investments, interest rate exposure, and cash flow volatility.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on the company’s financial status, capital allocation, and investment performance for presentation to senior management and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal departments and external financial institutions to secure funding, negotiate terms, and maintain relationships with investors.
Compliance:
Ensure that all capital management practices comply with local regulations, industry standards, and the company's financial policies.
Strategic Decision Support:
Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making related to mergers, acquisitions, and expansion projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
Minimum of 1-7 years of experience in capital management, corporate finance, or investment banking.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Solid understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with senior management and stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling platforms.
CFA or other relevant financial certifications are a plus.
