You'll manage the full consultation cycleโ€”from prospecting and cold calling to proposal delivery and onboarding support.

๐Ÿค Client Engagement & Consultation
โž” Understand client needs, challenges, and operational goals through consultations.
โž” Present Helioustinโ€™s offerings: Predictive Analytics, Web 3.0, AI, and more.
โž” Deliver customized business solutions with clear ROI.
โž” Create and deliver impactful service presentations.

๐ŸŽฏ Lead Generation, Cold Calling & Proposal Management
โž” Identify and connect with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
โž” Introduce Helioustinโ€™s services and set up introductory meetings.
โž” Craft and send tailored proposals based on industry-specific needs.
โž” Schedule consultations and support clients through onboarding.

๐Ÿค Collaboration & Client Relations
โž” Collaborate with internal teams for insights, data, and project references.
โž” Customize pitch decks and proposals highlighting benefits and ROI.
โž” Build strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.
โž” Gather feedback for continual service improvement.

๐Ÿ“Š Industry & Product Knowledge
โž” Stay updated with industry trends and Helioustin's evolving service catalogue.
โž” Represent Helioustin professionally across all client communications.
โž” Strengthen consulting skills and develop market-driven strategies.

๐ŸŽ“ Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
๐Ÿ“ž 1+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or cold calling.
๐Ÿ’ฌ Excellent presentation, communication, and client-convincing skills.
๐Ÿ’ป Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, CRM & sales tools.
โš™๏ธ Organized, strategic thinker with strong negotiation abilities.
