Job Description:

As the Director of Technology Development at Helioustin, you will be responsible for leading our technology development team and driving the development of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our leadership team to define our technology strategy and roadmap, and you will be responsible for ensuring that our technology solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the technology development team, including setting goals, mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
- Develop and implement a technology strategy that supports the company's goals and objectives, including identifying new technologies and tools that can improve efficiency and performance.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product management, marketing, and operations, to ensure that technology solutions meet the needs of the business.
- Manage the performance and development of the technology development team, including conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching and feedback.
- Develop and manage the technology development budget, including allocating resources effectively to meet project requirements.
- Ensure that technology solutions meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to technology development projects, including security risks and compliance issues.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms.
- Drive continuous improvement in technology development processes and practices, including implementing best practices and evaluating new technologies.


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in technology development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience developing and implementing technology strategies.
- Proven track record of delivering technology projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
