"Position Overview:
As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing our company's technology strategy and development. You will work closely with the CEO and other executives to identify opportunities for technological advancements and ensure that our technology infrastructure meets the needs of our clients and employees.


- Lead the development of the company's technology strategy and roadmap.
- Manage a team of software developers, IT professionals, and other technical staff.
- Identify and implement new technologies that will improve our services and operations.
- Ensure that our technology infrastructure is secure and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other executives to align technology initiatives with business goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
