As the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Helioustin, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Manage key customer accounts and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns that drive sales
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales management


- Project Commission


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
