Position Overview:

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes at Helioustin. The CHRO will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record in managing a diverse and dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and guidance on HR matters.
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure employees are well-equipped to perform their roles.
- Implement performance management systems that drive high performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee grievances and issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Compensation and Benefits:

- Develop and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs.

- Organizational Development:

- Promote and support initiatives that drive organizational change and development.
- Implement succession planning to ensure leadership continuity.
- Support the development of a strong leadership pipeline through targeted development programs.

- Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to the executive team and board of directors.
- Oversee HR audits and ensure all HR practices meet legal and regulatory standards.


- Proven experience as a CHRO or similar role in a multi-sector servicing company.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
