🔥 Key Responsibilities

🔍 Market & Client Research
➔ Identify and research potential clients using internal databases or independent methods.
➔ Conduct industry and competitor analysis to support outreach strategies.
➔ Personalize research reports aligned with business goals and market segments.

📅 Client Meeting Coordination Support
➔ Support scheduling and coordination of meetings between potential clients and the consulting team.
➔ Assist in preparing briefing documents with key insights for internal stakeholders.
➔ Track meeting agendas, client questions, and areas for follow-up.

📊 Data Entry & Analysis
➔ Maintain up-to-date records of lead data, interaction history, and progress in CRM tools or Google Sheets.
➔ Assist in monitoring sales pipelines and conversion metrics.
➔ Provide insights and trend reports on lead performance and strategy effectiveness.

📞 Support in Outreach Strategy
➔ Collaborate with the outreach team to tailor targeting based on data and client behavior.
➔ Contribute to development of email templates, case studies, and decks.
➔ Join client calls as a note-taker and analyst when required.

🧾 Reporting & Coordination
➔ Share weekly updates and analytical observations with the Business Development Lead.
➔ Recommend improvements in outreach and analysis based on collected data.
➔ Maintain high standards of confidentiality, precision, and punctuality.
