Job Overview

As a Team Leader at Helioustin, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and guide operational teams toward achieving project goals and business objectives. You will manage task assignments, monitor productivity, resolve internal challenges, and ensure team alignment with Helioustin’s work standards. Your leadership will drive efficient project execution, foster professional development, and maintain high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Team Management & Coordination – Lead and organize teams across multiple projects. Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure clarity of responsibilities for team members.

✔ Performance Monitoring – Track team performance through KPIs and quality benchmarks. Provide feedback, coaching, and support to continuously improve productivity.

✔ Task Execution & Quality Control – Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet client and company expectations. Implement quality assurance processes within the team.

✔ Issue Resolution & Support – Address operational challenges, resolve conflicts, and ensure a healthy, collaborative remote work environment.

✔ Training & Development – Identify skill gaps and assist in training initiatives. Mentor team members for professional and personal growth aligned with Helioustin's standards.

✔ Client Coordination Support – Act as a bridge between team activities and client expectations. Provide updates, insights, and solutions to ensure smooth communication flow.

✔ Documentation & Reporting – Maintain detailed task updates, generate weekly progress reports, and provide valuable input for operational improvements.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
✅ 1+ years of experience in team management, operations handling, or project leadership roles.
✅ Strong organizational, leadership, and motivational skills.
✅ Ability to analyze workflows, assign tasks strategically, and ensure timely delivery.
✅ Excellent communication skills for both internal team collaboration and external client interactions.
✅ Proficiency in project management tools, spreadsheets, and remote work platforms.

✔ Experience working with remote teams and managing distributed operations.
✔ Familiarity with Helioustin’s service offerings and operational workflows.
✔ Knowledge of basic HR principles and conflict management techniques.
