Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Head to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by managing regional operations, building client relationships, and generating new project opportunities. As a Regional Head, you will work remotely and report directly to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regional Management:Oversee and manage regional operations to ensure smooth functioning and alignment with company goals.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients, focusing on generating projects and expanding our client base.
- Relationship Building:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster long-term collaborations.
- Project Management: Supervise and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Market Analysis:Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the region.
- Team Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technical departments, to achieve regional objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on regional performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a regional management or similar role.
- Strong background in business development, sales, or client management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with technology solutions, particularly ERP/CRM systems, AI integration, and cybersecurity, is a plus.
- Proficient in using digital communication and collaboration tools.
