🔍 Job Overview
As a Partnership Manager at Helioustin, your primary responsibility is to identify, establish, and nurture B2B strategic partnerships with buyers, vendors, and institutional stakeholders. You will act as a key driver in expanding our partner network and ensuring successful onboarding and integration of partner clients across sectors.
💼 Key Responsibilities
🤝 Strategic B2B Partnerships
Identify potential B2B buyer organizations across sectors aligned with Helioustin’s solutions
Initiate and drive outreach campaigns for partner onboarding
Lead partnership discussions, draft collaboration proposals, and close partnership agreements
🧩 Integration & Onboarding
Ensure smooth onboarding and technical/business integration of buyer partners
Coordinate with internal tech, sales, and operations teams for partner setup
Monitor integration status, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with partner goals
🌐 Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with partner organizations
Schedule regular check-ins, feedback calls, and quarterly reviews
Track partner satisfaction and initiate improvement initiatives
📊 Reporting & Metrics
Track success metrics such as integration rate, partner revenue impact, and engagement
Maintain detailed records of partner activities, communications, and contracts
Share insights with leadership to refine partnership strategies
🔄 Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Collaborate with business development, legal, and marketing teams
Provide feedback to improve partner acquisition material and communication strategies
Keep internal databases and CRMs up to date with partner information
✅ Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategic Management, or related field
Minimum 2 year of experience in partnerships, B2B sales, or strategic alliances
Proven negotiation, relationship-building, and deal-closing skills
Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, Excel, and online presentation tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
💡 Preferred Skills
Experience in cross-sector B2B partnerships
Knowledge of SaaS, Procurement Systems, or AI-powered platforms
Prior involvement in institutional, government, or industry associations
Understanding of Real Estate, Education, Healthcare, or Fintech ecosystems
