Compensation : Fixed Profit Sharing , with a competitive percentage of the total funds raised in the Series A, B, C, and D rounds.
Additional bonuses may be offered for exceeding funding targets.
Working Hours : 10:00 Am to 5:00 Pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:

Helioustin is seeking an experienced Investment Banker to lead our fundraising efforts across Series A, B, C, and D rounds. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in raising capital within the technology and innovative services sectors. This is a commission-based role, offering a competitive percentage of funds raised.

Key Responsibilities:

Capital Raising: Develop and execute strategic plans to secure funding through Series A, B, C, and D rounds.
Investor Relations: Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with potential investors, including venture capitalists, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses, market research, and due diligence to support fundraising efforts and provide actionable insights to investors.
Pitch Development: Create compelling pitch decks or existing pitch decks and financial models to effectively communicate Helioustin's value proposition and growth potential.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of funding agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for Helioustin.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Helioustin executive team on fundraising progress, investor feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in investment banking or capital raising, with a strong focus on technology or innovative sectors.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in raising significant capital through various funding rounds, particularly Series A, B, C, and D.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Networking: Extensive network within the investment community, with the ability to leverage relationships to secure funding.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively.
Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, results-driven individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
