Job Overview:
As the HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the human resources functions at Helioustin, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. You will play a crucial role in shaping the HR policies and fostering a positive workplace culture while collaborating closely with leadership to ensure the company's growth and profitability.
1. Recruitment and Hiring:
Job Posting and Advertisement: You will be responsible for drafting compelling and accurate job descriptions for various roles at Helioustin. This involves identifying the right skill sets required for each position, crafting clear job advertisements, and posting them on relevant platforms such as job boards, social media, and career portals. Ensuring visibility in the right places will be crucial to attracting top talent.
Candidate Screening and Selection: As part of the hiring process, you will screen incoming applications, shortlist qualified candidates, and coordinate initial interviews. You’ll also conduct in-depth evaluations through interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks to identify candidates who are both qualified and culturally fit for the company.
Managing Candidate Pipeline: You will maintain a database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs, ensuring a healthy talent pipeline for Helioustin’s growth.
2. Interview Process and Onboarding:
Professional Interviewing Process: You will coordinate and conduct interviews, working closely with department heads to align interview questions with job requirements and company culture. This will involve ensuring consistency and fairness in all interviews while maintaining professionalism throughout the candidate experience.
Onboarding New Hires: Once a candidate is selected, you will oversee the entire onboarding process. This includes preparing necessary documentation, organizing training sessions, and ensuring that new employees are effectively integrated into the team.
3. Job Performance & Professionalism Maintenance:
Job Performance Management: As an HR Executive, you’ll establish performance metrics for employees and regularly evaluate their contributions through performance reviews. You will also develop feedback systems to address employee growth, strengths, and areas for improvement, ensuring that they are continuously motivated and aligned with company goals.
Employee Relations: It will be your responsibility to maintain a professional and inclusive work environment. You will manage any disputes or issues that arise in a manner that is fair, transparent, and focused on conflict resolution.
Upholding Professional Standards: You will play a key role in maintaining professionalism within the organization by establishing and enforcing workplace policies, including codes of conduct, ethics, and communication protocols. This ensures that Helioustin remains a respectful and productive workplace.
4. HR Strategy & Policy Development:
Developing HR Policies: You will create and update policies on recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement, ensuring compliance with legal standards while aligning with Helioustin’s mission.
Collaborating with Leadership: You will work closely with the leadership team to design long-term HR strategies that support the company’s growth. This includes contributing to the development of compensation structures, including the profit-sharing model, and creating programs for talent retention and professional development.
5. Profit Sharing and Alignment with Business Goals:
Driving Profitability through HR Initiatives: Since your role is tied to the profit-sharing model, your HR strategies will directly impact the company's success. You will develop HR initiatives that drive employee productivity, engagement, and satisfaction, contributing to overall business growth.
Monitoring and Reporting: You’ll track the outcomes of your HR strategies and regularly report on metrics such as employee retention, satisfaction, and productivity. You will assess the direct impact of HR activities on the company’s profitability and align your actions to achieve maximum business performance.
