Role Overview: We are seeking a Data Integration Specialist Intern to support our client data management and integration efforts. The primary responsibility of this role is to create and maintain detailed, nurtured client data and ensure accurate reporting. The intern will work with the team to organize, update, and integrate client information, providing monthly reports to track progress and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain accurate and detailed records of nurtured clients.

Organize and update client details, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.

Integrate client data from multiple sources into Helioustin’s databases and CRM systems.

Prepare and submit monthly reports on client data, highlighting key insights and performance metrics.

Work with various departments to ensure client data is properly managed and utilized for ongoing and future business needs.

Assist in identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues with client data.

Monitor and track client engagement, ensuring that all data is kept up to date and reflects current business activities.

Collaborate with the team to optimize data integration processes and improve overall data quality.

Support in data-driven decision-making processes by maintaining high-quality client information.

Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Basic knowledge of data integration and management practices.

Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and maintain large datasets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for reporting and data analysis.

Familiarity with CRM systems and databases is a plus.

Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaborating with team members.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team.

Ability to work independently while managing tasks effectively.
