As a Content Analyst Intern at Helioustin, you will be responsible for crafting strategic, high-engagement content to promote our B2B services on LinkedIn. This internship will provide valuable experience in professional content creation, branding strategy, competitive messaging, and real-time audience engagement in an innovation-driven consulting firm.

🔥 Key Responsibilities
📝 Content Creation & Strategy
➔ Create clear, engaging, and strategic posts for LinkedIn aligned with Helioustin's service offerings.
➔ Write compelling short-form content, including service spotlights, client success highlights, and promotional posts.
➔ Develop impactful taglines, CTAs, and storytelling formats to boost reach and conversion.

📊 Content Analytics & Improvement
➔ Monitor performance of LinkedIn posts (views, likes, shares, conversions).
➔ Generate reports on content engagement and suggest improvements based on data.
➔ Track competitor activity and trends to refine messaging and themes.

📅 Coordination & Scheduling
➔ Maintain a consistent content calendar in collaboration with the outreach and branding teams.
➔ Prepare drafts, schedule posts using publishing tools, and ensure timely uploads.
➔ Assist in organizing themed weeks and service-based series posts.

📞 Outreach Alignment
➔ Work closely with the sales and strategy team to sync content with ongoing outreach campaigns.
➔ Convert pitch decks and service documents into simplified visual content or carousels.
➔ Adapt internal reports or industry insights into public-facing educational posts.

🧾 Branding & Research Support
➔ Contribute to improving Helioustin's digital tone, visual identity, and positioning on LinkedIn.
➔ Ensure content follows Helioustin’s voice and is error-free, relevant, and optimized.
➔ Conduct micro-research for hashtags, trends, and audience timing.
