Position Overview:

Helioustin is looking for a dynamic Procurement Manager with a strong focus on identifying services and equipment needs in other companies and ensuring optimal solutions to meet these demands. The ideal candidate will excel in market research, supplier negotiations, and fostering external partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:

Research and identify services and equipment needs in other companies, focusing on sectors relevant to Helioustin's expertise.
Build and maintain a database of potential opportunities to meet client demands effectively.

Strategic Procurement Planning:

Develop procurement strategies tailored to address client-specific requirements for services and equipment.
Align procurement initiatives with organizational goals and market demands.

Supplier Relationship Management:

Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with reliable suppliers.
Negotiate contracts to secure the best terms in pricing, quality, and delivery.

Cost Optimization & Budget Management:

Strategize and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Monitor and manage procurement budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.

Inventory & Supply Chain Oversight:

Oversee the availability and timely delivery of goods and services.
Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales and business development teams to understand external company needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to source and supply solutions tailored to client requirements.

Risk Management & Compliance:

Proactively manage risks related to supplier performance and supply chain disruptions.
Ensure adherence to procurement regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 1+ years in procurement, supply chain, or business development.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong ability to identify and assess external service and equipment needs.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Proficiency in procurement and CRM tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge:

Deep understanding of market trends, supplier ecosystems, and client needs.
Familiarity with procurement and supply chain regulations.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields (preferred).
