Role Overview
As a Consultant at Helioustin, you will act as a strategic advisor, helping clients identify and address challenges while implementing tailored solutions from Helioustin’s diverse service offerings. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about delivering impactful results and who are motivated by performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Advisory
Understand client needs and business challenges across industries.
Provide strategic insights and recommend customized solutions leveraging Helioustin's offerings.
2. Project Management
Oversee the end-to-end execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Coordinate with internal teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
3. Industry Expertise
Stay updated with trends in AI, IoT, Blockchain, and Web 3.0 applications.
Advise clients on adopting these technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Business Growth
Identify opportunities to expand Helioustin’s footprint within client organizations.
Collaborate with the business development team to pitch new solutions.
5. Profitability Management
Ensure projects are executed profitably, aligning with the Fixed Profit Sharing model.
Track and report metrics to provide transparency in profit-sharing outcomes.
Requirements
1. Experience
Minimum 0-1+ years in consulting, strategy, or technology implementation roles.
Experience in sectors such as Real Estate, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, or E-commerce is a plus.
2. Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
3. Mindset
Proactive and client-focused with a results-driven approach.
Innovative thinker with the ability to adapt to diverse industries.
4. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, M.Tech, etc.) are an advantage.
