Overview:
Helioustin is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing department. The CMO will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of Helioustin's marketing and advertising initiatives. As a key member of the executive team, the CMO will contribute to the company's overall growth and profitability, with a compensation package that includes profit sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Helioustin's business objectives and drive growth.
Brand Management: Enhance and manage the Helioustin brand across all channels, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.Market Research & Analysis: Lead market research efforts to identify opportunities, challenges, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
Product Positioning: Work closely with the product development team to ensure effective positioning, messaging, and marketing of Helioustin's products and services.
Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns, to maximize online presence and lead generation.
Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales department to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and drive revenue growth.
Profit-Sharing: Contribute to the company's profitability through strategic marketing initiatives, with eligibility for profit-sharing based on the success and growth of the company.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources and achieving high ROI on marketing activities.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Report to the CEO and collaborate with other C-suite executives to communicate marketing strategies, results, and forecasts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the technology or services industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Experience with profit-sharing or performance-based compensation is a plus.
Compensation:Competitive Profit-sharing based on the company’s performance.
