Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales by engaging with potential clients through virtual meetings, cold calling, and email outreach. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of business development strategies, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.

This position offers a unique fixed profit-sharing compensation model where your earnings are directly tied to the revenue generated from your sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
Conduct virtual meetings with prospective clients to present our services/products and close sales.
Use cold calling strategies to reach out to new potential clients, introduce the company, and secure virtual meeting appointments.
Engage in email outreach to generate interest, nurture leads, and schedule virtual meetings.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Build, maintain, and manage a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through thorough research and engagement strategies.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and online inquiries.

Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular communication.
Address client inquiries, provide information about the company’s offerings, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through client acquisition and sales conversions.
Work closely with the sales team and management to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and present sales performance reports, including virtual meeting metrics, conversion rates, and client feedback.
Analyze sales data to refine outreach strategies and optimize performance.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and engagement.
Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, progress, and new business opportunities.

Compensation:

This role operates on a fixed profit-sharing model, where compensation is directly tied to the revenue generated from successful client acquisitions. This model provides significant earning potential and rewards strong performance.

Fixed base percentage of profit-sharing on each successful deal.

No earnings cap—your success determines your income.
Monthly and quarterly profit-sharing payments based on sales performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through virtual meetings, calls, and emails.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
