Job Summary: The Business Consultant (B2B Tie-ups) will play a crucial role in establishing and managing strategic business partnerships with other organizations. This position will focus on identifying potential B2B opportunities, negotiating partnership agreements, and fostering long-term relationships to drive growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify Business Opportunities:

Research and identify potential B2B partners in relevant industries.
Develop and execute a strategy for targeting prospective partners.
Conduct market analysis to determine trends and potential growth areas.
Build Strategic Partnerships:

Initiate contact with potential partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, partnership terms, and agreements that benefit both parties.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and identifying areas for expansion.
Consultation and Business Development:

Provide expert consultation to clients and partners regarding Helioustin's product and service offerings.
Work with cross-functional teams to customize solutions that meet the specific needs of each partner.
Ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives, including project delivery and follow-up support.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure client/partner satisfaction.
Coordinate with the product development team to tailor offerings according to the needs of partners.
Monitor the performance of partnerships and report on key metrics and KPIs.
Client Relationship Management:

Manage partner accounts and act as a point of contact for all communication.
Provide continuous support and follow-up to ensure partner satisfaction and long-term success.
Conduct regular meetings and reviews with partners to assess the effectiveness of partnerships.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
1+ years of experience in business development, B2B partnerships, or consulting roles.
Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, particularly in the tech and SaaS industries.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM, AI technologies, or IoT solutions is a plus.

Performance Metrics:
Number of successful partnerships established.
Revenue growth generated through B2B tie-ups.
Client/partner satisfaction and retention rates.
Contribution to the overall business strategy and goals.
