Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales team.
- Follow up with leads to ensure they are prepared for meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and interactions.
- Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to optimize appointment strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in appointment setting tools like (Calendly,Meet,Zoom) or a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualification : Bachelors / Masters in Managment
