Role Overview:

Helioustin is looking for a proactive and strategic Team Leader to drive B2B integrations through a team of skilled professionals. This role operates on a Fixed Profit Sharing Model, rewarding you for the successful partnerships and revenue generated by your team's efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in leadership, business development, and B2B integration strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Recruitment & Management:

Identify, hire, and manage a team of professionals focused on B2B integration.

Provide training, mentorship, and performance guidance to ensure team effectiveness.

2. B2B Integration Strategy:

Develop and execute strategies to establish successful partnerships with businesses across various industries.

Collaborate with the team to identify potential B2B opportunities and execute integration processes.

3. Revenue Generation:

Drive team efforts to achieve integration goals, contributing to revenue growth for Helioustin.

Oversee deal closures and ensure seamless onboarding of business partners.

4. Performance Monitoring:

Track team performance and B2B integration outcomes to measure success.

Analyze metrics and provide regular reports to Helioustin’s management team.

5. Client & Partner Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to foster long-term collaborations.

Ensure high satisfaction levels among partners through excellent communication and service.

6. Collaboration with Leadership:

Liaise with senior management to align team goals with company objectives.

Contribute insights and strategies to improve the overall B2B integration process.

Proven experience in team management, business development, or B2B integration.
