Role Overview:
As a Sales Specialist at Helioustin, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and revenue streams. You will focus on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our diverse service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
Identify potential clients across sectors such as real estate, healthcare, finance, education, and more.
Develop and execute strategies to onboard new clients effectively.
2. Revenue Generation:
Drive sales efforts to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, ensuring profitability for the company and yourself.
3. Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
5. Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to customize solutions for clients, aligning with their business goals.
6. Reporting:
Track sales performance and provide regular updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in tech-based or consulting services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Understanding of industries like real estate, healthcare, financial services, or education is a plus.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
