Role Summary
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by expanding our client base and establishing Helioustin's footprint in key industries. Your focus will be to promote our wide range of services—from IoT and AI development to blockchain, cybersecurity, and AR/VR solutions—and tailor offerings to meet specific client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning
Develop a sales strategy aligned with Helioustin's growth objectives and market positioning.
Set and track sales targets to meet revenue objectives across Helioustin’s service offerings.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in sectors like luxury retail, motor vehicles, telecommunications, and tech.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster service adoption and ensure client satisfaction.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions from Helioustin’s service catalog.
Sales Execution and Negotiation
Lead negotiations, securing favorable terms and conditions that align with Helioustin’s goals.
Conduct presentations and demos showcasing Helioustin's value proposition and service capabilities.
Market Analysis and Reporting
Monitor market trends, competition, and industry advancements to keep Helioustin's offerings competitive.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the CGO.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Engagement
Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to align sales with branding, product, and service delivery efforts.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in B2B sales, ideally within tech, luxury, or consulting sectors.
Skills:
Knowledge of AI, IoT, blockchain, and Web 3 solutions is a plus.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and reporting tools.
