We are seeking an experienced and versatile Consultant to join our Helioustin Consultation Services team. The Consultant will provide expert advice and strategic guidance in IT, Human Resource Management (HRM), Finance, Management, and Real Estate. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work effectively with varied clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth assessments of client needs across IT, HRM, Finance, Management, and Real Estate sectors.
- Develop and implement tailored solutions to improve client business performance and efficiency.
- Provide expert advice on IT infrastructure, HR policies and procedures, financial strategies, management practices, and real estate investments.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, recommendations, and strategic plans to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to offer cutting-edge solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Consultant or in a similar advisory role.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in IT infrastructure, HRM, Finance, Management, and Real Estate.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in project management and client relationship management.
