Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The role requires a deep understanding of data analytics tools and techniques and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain accurate and detailed records of nurtured clients.
Organize and update client details, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
Integrate client data from multiple sources into Helioustin’s databases and CRM systems.
Prepare and submit monthly reports on client data, highlighting key insights and performance metrics.
Work with various departments to ensure client data is properly managed and utilized for ongoing and future business needs.
Assist in identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues with client data.
Monitor and track client engagement, ensuring that all data is kept up to date and reflects current business activities.
Collaborate with the team to optimize data integration processes and improve overall data quality.
Support in data-driven decision-making processes by maintaining high-quality client information.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques and tools.
Familiarity with database management and querying large datasets.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Familiarity with Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
Certification in data analytics or related fields is a plus.
