Job Overview
The Business Consultant at Helioustin will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, providing strategic consultation, and driving client engagement. This role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their business challenges, offer customized solutions, and position Helioustin as a trusted strategic partner.
The Consultant will manage the full consultation cycle — from reaching out to prospects, sending proposals, booking meetings, presenting solutions, and ensuring smooth client onboarding and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Consultation
Conduct strategic consultations to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives.
Present Helioustin's services, highlighting expertise in Predictive Analysis, Web 3.0 Integration, AI-driven solutions, and other offerings.
Offer tailored business solutions aligned with client industry and operational goals.
Deliver high-impact presentations that clearly articulate Helioustin’s value proposition.
Prospecting & Proposal Management
Identify and engage potential clients through email and other communication channels.
Send customized proposals tailored to specific business requirements.
Schedule and conduct consultation meetings, guiding clients through service adoption.
Strategize and execute initiatives to increase client engagement and business conversions.
Collaboration & Client Relations
Work with internal teams to gather relevant insights, case studies, and project data.
Customize proposals and presentations to emphasize ROI and business benefits.
Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
Collect client feedback and collaborate internally for continuous service improvement.
Industry & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on Helioustin’s service offerings, industry trends, and technological advancements.
Maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
Continuously enhance expertise in business consulting methods and best practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in business consulting, business development, or sales.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to craft effective business solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, and other business tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Strong attention to detail with multitasking abilities.
Desired Skills:
Prior consulting or business development experience in technology-driven solutions.
Familiarity with Helioustin’s services: Predictive Analytics, Web 3.0 Integration, AI Development, etc.
Ability to create structured, strategic business proposals and plans.
Exposure to industries like Real Estate, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, and E-commerce.
Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented and client-focused mindset.
