We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented B2B Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support our B2B operations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance business performance and drive successful outcomes. The primary goal of this position is to schedule B2B tie-up meetings with clients, fostering new partnerships and driving the company’s growth through strategic collaborations. Additionally, you will schedule monthly meetings with existing clients to discuss ongoing projects, identify growth opportunities, and drive service sales.
The role involves evaluating current B2B business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements. You will conduct thorough research on B2B market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities to provide insights that will inform strategic decision-making. As part of your responsibilities, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data related to customer behavior, sales performance, and operational efficiency, creating actionable reports for stakeholders.
You will collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to gather requirements, define objectives, and provide recommendations based on your analysis. Additionally, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, document business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
Supporting project management efforts, you will assist in planning and executing projects by ensuring all business analysis deliverables are met on time and align with business objectives. You will also develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of B2B strategies and campaigns, making recommendations for continuous improvement. The role includes creating detailed business process documentation, including workflows, use cases, and data flow diagrams, to support project development and implementation.
The successful candidate will also take ownership of managing client relationships, scheduling monthly meetings to review progress, identify opportunities for upselling services, and drive growth for the company through proactive client engagement. Additionally, the candidate will focus on scheduling strategic B2B tie-up meetings with potential partners, a key element of driving new business for the company.
To be considered for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment, is essential. Strong analytical skills are required, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and B2B platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics will be beneficial.
Excellent communication skills are needed to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively. Experience in project management methodologies and working with cross-functional teams is important for success in this role. Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics is an added advantage.
The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is critical. Attention to detail and a strategic mindset will help in excelling in this role. Experience in B2B sales, marketing, or operations, knowledge of financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis, and a certification in business analysis (such as CBAP or PMI-PBA) are preferred qualifications.
The success of this role will be measured through process improvement metrics, the quality of business reports and data accuracy, the timeliness and effectiveness of implemented business solutions, stakeholder satisfaction, the ability to schedule and close B2B tie-up meetings, and the ability to drive client growth and service sales. Compensation will be based on experience and will include a fixed profit-sharing percentage and bonuses.
