🔍 Strategic Market Insight & Direction
➔ Advise on market trends, client behavior, and emerging research needs.
➔ Provide guidance on which sectors or regions to prioritize based on data and projections.

🎯 Client Research & Positioning Strategy
➔ Oversee research approaches to identify companies in need of Helioustin’s services.
➔ Recommend positioning strategies for approaching high-impact prospects.

🧠 Internal Advisory & Collaboration
➔ Work closely with Research Analysts, Business Development, and C-level leaders.
➔ Offer regular insights, client briefs, and trend reports to align the team's efforts.

📚 Guidance on Research Best Practices
➔ Mentor junior research members on methodology, accuracy, and strategic relevance.
➔ Support in refining tools, databases, and reporting templates.

💡 Innovation & Trendspotting
➔ Keep track of future industry shifts, digital innovations, and global procurement trends.
➔ Recommend adjustments to service offerings or strategy based on foresight.

✅ Qualifications

🎓 Advanced degree (preferred) in Economics, Research, Business, or Data Strategy.
🧠 3+ years experience in strategic research, consultancy, or market advisory roles.
✍️ Strong analytical, writing, and data interpretation skills.
💼 Proven experience working with executive teams or in a leadership capacity.
