📞 Prospect Outreach
➔ Identify and research potential clients from provided databases or through independent discovery.
➔ Conduct cold outreach via email, social media, or calls using professional communication techniques.
➔ Personalize outreach strategies based on industry, client profile, and business needs.
📅 Client Meeting Scheduling
➔ Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential clients and the business consulting team.
➔ Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups to avoid drop-offs.
➔ Share pre-meeting briefs with internal stakeholders to ensure preparedness.
💼 Client Conversion Support
➔ Assist in presenting Helioustin’s service offerings to prospective clients.
➔ Prepare introductory decks, case study links, and success stories.
➔ Participate in client calls (where required) and take notes on client requirements.
🧾 CRM Entry & Follow-ups
➔ Record all lead interactions and progress updates in internal CRM tools or Google Sheets.
➔ Maintain proper records of leads, meeting outcomes, and status.
➔ Support client onboarding in coordination with operations post-conversion.
📊 Coordination & Reporting
➔ Provide regular updates to the Business Development Lead and attend team huddles.
➔ Track lead-to-client journey and suggest ways to improve outreach quality.
➔ Uphold professionalism, timeliness, and confidentiality in all dealings.
